1. Airfare Reimbursement
As you are aware, Next Gen Ministry will reimburse up to $300 of your airfare, in addition to providing free lodging and meals for all AG pastors
and leaders. In order to do so, we ask that you email a copy of your itinerary to (iamjosephkim@me.com) as soon as you purchase your ticket.
We will deduct the $70 registration fee from the reimbursement. So depending on your airfare, you will be reimbursed at most $230.
Non AG applicants will pay their own airfare, but registration fee will be waved. Lodging and meals will be provided free of charge.
2. Guidelines to purchasing airline ticket:
Arrival airport: Kansas City, MO (MCI)
Latest arrival at IHOP: April 4th at 6PM
Departure time: after 3PM (Conference will end after lunch, 1PM)
3. Transportation between Airport-Hotel-IHOP
To reduce the cost of your travel to IHOP, we will be providing your pickup from/to airport. Once again, it’s important that you email your
itinerary to iamjosephkim@me.com. We cannot be responsible for your ground transportation if you do not email your itinerary to us. If your
plane is delayed for some reason, please contact us ASAP and we’ll try to arrange a pick-up at your new arrival time. Otherwise, you will have to
arrange your own shuttle service to IHOP.
On the day of your departure (Wed.), we will shuttle you back to airport. But we cannot provide this free service after 3pm from IHOP.
4. Lodging Information:
We’ll be staying at Holiday Inn Express during the duration of the conference. We will book two persons per room. If you prefer to share a
room with someone, please email Joseph Kim and give both of your names ASAP. We advise all applicants not to use the hotel phones to call
long distance or watch pay per view movies. If any incidental charges are added to your room, we will have to deduct it from your
reimbursement.
